Message	Maybe I'm just including the fact that I cant boost right into my parking spot so I consider that cool down time already, turbo timer runs for 60 seconds after I shut down. Your post below (blanket cool down being 3x normal) is the right idea, maybe a bit conservative, but on the right track.
